The Entrepreneurial Training Program was developed after a thorough research was conducted on several other successful programs in both developed and developing countries, then adapted for the perceived needs of the local market. This program is designed for individuals who desire to develop entrepreneurial skills in order to successfully start their own small businesses.

Introduction to Accounting & Book-Keeping
 Starting a Small Business
 Financing Small Businesses
 Private Enterprise System
 Organization & Management of Small Businesses
 Pricing and Marketing
 Legal & Fiscal responsibilities
 
At the end of phase 1, and during the one-week period between phase I & II, trainees will be given special assignments concerning their planned startups’ business plans.
 
Use of Computers in Small Businesses
 Introduction to the Internet and E-mail
 Developing a Business Plan
 Business Ethics & Environmental Responsibilities
 Success and Failure of Small Businesses
 
Trainees are required to submit their business plans within three to four weeks from the end of phase II.

Underprivileged youth who are 20-35 years of age and are entrepreneurially inclined
Holders of the Lebanese Baccalaureate or its equivalent (BT or TS)
Have a fair command of English
Unable to raise the financing for their business startups from banks,
family members or other sources
Computer literate
Have a sound business proposition
